Cajun Saithe Recipe

Serves 2

What You Need

2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Saithe

50 mL Olive Oil

150 grams good Cajun or Blackening Spice

Preparation

  1. Place the oil in a cast iron skillet or heavy pan, place on medium heat.
  2. Rub the saithe with the spice coating well.
  3. Sear the fish on one side getting a nice crust, for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip fish over, place in 350°F oven for about 10 minutes until fish is cooked.
  5. Remove, serve with Cajun rice and buttered green beans.
