Baked Haddock With Brown Butter Lemon Sauce
Serves 2
What You Need
2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Haddock
100 grams Butter
50 mL Olive Oil
50 mL Lemon Juice
15 grams chopped Parsley
7 grams Salt and Pepper
Preparation
- Season the haddock with the salt and pepper.
- Place oil in the pan on medium heat, add the haddock into the pan and cook to get a nice brown crust, about 3-5 minutes. Then flip over and place in 350°F oven for approximately 5 minutes until cooked.
- When fish is cooked remove from pan and set aside on warm plate.
- Place the pan back on medium heat, add the lemon juice and butter and let thicken.
- Add the fresh chopped parsley to the sauce.
- Pour sauce over the fish and serve with butter and caper pasta and roasted corn on the cob.
