Baked Haddock With Brown Butter Lemon Sauce

Serves 2

What You Need

2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Haddock

100 grams Butter

50 mL Olive Oil

50 mL Lemon Juice

15 grams chopped Parsley

7 grams Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Season the haddock with the salt and pepper.
  2. Place oil in the pan on medium heat, add the haddock into the pan and cook to get a nice brown crust, about 3-5 minutes. Then flip over and place in 350°F oven for approximately 5 minutes until cooked.
  3. When fish is cooked remove from pan and set aside on warm plate.
  4. Place the pan back on medium heat, add the lemon juice and butter and let thicken.
  5. Add the fresh chopped parsley to the sauce.
  6. Pour sauce over the fish and serve with butter and caper pasta and roasted corn on the cob.
