Classic Fish And Chips

Serves 2

What You Need

2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Cod

1 Lemon

150 mL good Beer Batter

300 grams of cooked thick cut Chips

200 mL Oil for frying

100 mL Tartar Sauce

Preparation

  1. Place the oil in the pan on medium heat.
  2. Fry the chips at approximately 350°F until cooked and golden brown.
  3. Remove and let drain.
  4. Dip the fish in the batter mix and place in the hot oil, cook for about 2 minutes and then flip over and cook on the other side until golden brown.
  5. When fish is cooked remove from pan and set aside on warm plate to drain.
  6. Place cooked chips on the plate, top with fish and serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
