Classic Fish And Chips
Serves 2
What You Need
2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Cod
1 Lemon
150 mL good Beer Batter
300 grams of cooked thick cut Chips
200 mL Oil for frying
100 mL Tartar Sauce
Preparation
- Place the oil in the pan on medium heat.
- Fry the chips at approximately 350°F until cooked and golden brown.
- Remove and let drain.
- Dip the fish in the batter mix and place in the hot oil, cook for about 2 minutes and then flip over and cook on the other side until golden brown.
- When fish is cooked remove from pan and set aside on warm plate to drain.
- Place cooked chips on the plate, top with fish and serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
