Icelandic Fish
Lemon Caper Plaice
Serves 2
What You Need
2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Plaice
10 mL Olive Oil
50 grams small Capers
5 grams pureed Roasted Garlic
100 grams Butter
7 grams Salt and Pepper
50 mL fresh Lemon Juice
5 grams chopped Parsley
Preparation
- Place the oil in the pan on medium.
- Season the plaice with the salt and pepper.
- Place the fish in the pan and cook for 3 minutes and then flip over and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove fish from pan and place onto warm plate.
- Add butter, lemon juice, garlic and capers to the pan and cook on medium until the sauce thickens.
- Add chopped parsley, remove from heat.
- Pour sauce over fish and serve with wild mushroom risotto and pan roasted asparagus.
