Project Description
Wild Pacific salmon is a mild flavoured fish with a flaky, moist texture that can be served in a variety of ways. Salmon contains two critical omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, that your heart and brain need for optimal health. It is also low in sodium and saturated fats, and is trans fats free.
This Green Ocean product is wild-caught off the shores of Alaska to ensure sustainability within the salmon ecosystem.
Cooking Directions
Cook on stovetop or in the oven from defrosted. Fish is fully cooked when the fillet flakes with a fork. For pan frying, after about 2-3 minutes on one side, flip the fillet then finish off with an additional 1-2 minutes. Look for a golden-brown outer layer.
