Project Description

Green Ocean Wild

Wild Icelandic Wolffish

Raw – Boneless & Skinless

The ferocious looking “Wolffish” gets its name from the sharp protruding teeth which it uses to consume various species of shellfish off the coast of Iceland. However don’t be fooled by its looks! Wolffish is considered a delicacy in many parts of Europe. It has a pearly white flesh with a mild to sweet flavour and firm texture.

Cooking Directions

Cook on stovetop or in the oven from defrosted. Fish is fully cooked when the fillet flakes with a fork. For pan frying, after about 2-3 minutes on one side, flip the fillet then finish off with an additional 1-2 minutes. Look for a golden-brown outer layer.
