Stuffed Plaice With Dill Hollandaise

Serves 2

What You Need

2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Plaice

10 mL Olive Oil

100 mL Dill Hollandaise

7 grams Salt and Pepper

100 grams Seafood Stuffing of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix the oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Lay the plaice on a cutting board, place 50 grams stuffing at the thicker end of the fish and then roll.
  3. Fasten with a tooth pick.
  4. Rub the plaice with the seasoned oil.
  5. Bake the plaice in a 375°F oven for approximately 15-18 minutes to internal temperature of 168°F.
  6. Heat the hollandaise.
  7. Remove the fish and serve on warm plate with charred corn and cherry tomatoes.
  8. Remove the tooth pick and then top the plaice with the hollandaise, serve.
