Stuffed Plaice With Dill Hollandaise
Serves 2
What You Need
2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Plaice
10 mL Olive Oil
100 mL Dill Hollandaise
7 grams Salt and Pepper
100 grams Seafood Stuffing of your choice
Preparation
- Mix the oil and salt and pepper.
- Lay the plaice on a cutting board, place 50 grams stuffing at the thicker end of the fish and then roll.
- Fasten with a tooth pick.
- Rub the plaice with the seasoned oil.
- Bake the plaice in a 375°F oven for approximately 15-18 minutes to internal temperature of 168°F.
- Heat the hollandaise.
- Remove the fish and serve on warm plate with charred corn and cherry tomatoes.
- Remove the tooth pick and then top the plaice with the hollandaise, serve.
