Baked Saithe With Ratatouille

Serves 2

What You Need

2 x 170 gram portions of GO WILD Icelandic Saithe

50 mL Olive Oil

7 grams Salt and Pepper

200 grams of Homemade Ratatouille

Preparation

  1. Rub the saithe with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake in oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
  3. When fish is cooked remove from pan and set aside on warm plate.
  4. Place the heated ratatouille on a plate, top with the saithe, serve.
