DIJON THYME SHRIMP RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED
Green Ocean Seafood Tartan Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp
(Raw – Easy Peel / Shell-On)
75 mL Olive Oil
75 mL White Wine Vinegar
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Shallot, chopped
1 tbsp Thyme, chopped
Dijon Mustard to taste
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION
- Mix the olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, chopped shallot and chopped thyme together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk ingredients.
- Put defrosted shrimp onto skewers, and coat the skewers with half of the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, grill skewers on medium for 3-4 minutes and baste with remaining marinade.
