Dijon Thyme Shrimp Recipe

Need a marinade with some kick? Add some flavour to your next barbecue!

What You Need

Green Ocean Seafood Tartan Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp
(Raw – Easy Peel / Shell-On)

75 mL Olive Oil

75 mL White Wine Vinegar

1 clove of Garlic, minced

1 tbsp Shallot, chopped

1 tbsp Thyme, chopped

Dijon Mustard to taste

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, chopped shallot and chopped thyme together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk ingredients.
  2. Put defrosted shrimp onto skewers, and coat the skewers with half of the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, grill skewers on medium for 3-4 minutes and baste with remaining marinade.
