Cedar Plank Salmon Recipe

Grilling your salmon on wood planks keeps the fish moist and tender and adds a delicately smoked taste.

What You Need

Green Ocean Tartan
Wild Pacific Salmon Portions

Cedar Plank(s)

Olive Oil

Lemon Dill Seasoning

Honey Dijon Glaze


  1. Soak cedar plank in water for 1–2 hours.
  2. Rub salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with a lemon dill seasoning.
  3. Place salmon skin side down on plank and drizzle with a Honey Dijon Glaze.
  4. Put plank on grill over medium heat.
  5. Close lid and cook about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
TIP: Serve with a mango salsa.
