CEDAR PLANK SALMON RECIPE
Grilling your salmon on wood planks keeps the fish moist and tender and adds a delicately smoked taste.
WHAT YOU NEED
Green Ocean Tartan
Wild Pacific Salmon Portions
Cedar Plank(s)
Olive Oil
Lemon Dill Seasoning
Honey Dijon Glaze
PREPARATION
- Soak cedar plank in water for 1–2 hours.
- Rub salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with a lemon dill seasoning.
- Place salmon skin side down on plank and drizzle with a Honey Dijon Glaze.
- Put plank on grill over medium heat.
- Close lid and cook about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
TIP: Serve with a mango salsa.
