THE ULTIMATE SHRIMP COCKTAIL
For the ultimate Black Tiger Shrimp cocktail! Add enough water in a pot to cover the shrimp being used. Add one whole quartered lemon, chopped garlic, dry chopped chili, oregano or rosemary, and chopped cilantro. Bring mixture to a boil. Add Black Tiger Shrimp, but leave the shells on to enhance the flavour. Boil for 3-4 minutes, remove, and chill immediately in ice water. De-shell the Black Tiger Shrimp and serve with your favourite cocktail sauce and a wedge of lemon!
These shrimp are a great addition to an authentic European Seafood Paella. As the shells are already split and deveined, simply cook the Black Tiger Shrimp in your Paella and serve with the shells on. This retains more flavour and enhances the colour of the shrimp!
