For the ultimate Black Tiger Shrimp cocktail! Add enough water in a pot to cover the shrimp being used. Add one whole quartered lemon, chopped garlic, dry chopped chili, oregano or rosemary, and chopped cilantro. Bring mixture to a boil. Add Black Tiger Shrimp, but leave the shells on to enhance the flavour. Boil for 3-4 minutes, remove, and chill immediately in ice water. De-shell the Black Tiger Shrimp and serve with your favourite cocktail sauce and a wedge of lemon!
